I do not think that USDA or other secretaries can stay quiet. It is the nature of the beast of who is President. Sometimes I think that the president should not say a word for a week, month or 18 months like previous ex presidents.

He could could just quietly go about the business without saying a word. Let the reporters do their job as reporters.

BOY THERE WOULD HOWLING, moaning and all kinds of bad news reports coming from the press. I would think it would be hilarious to watch.
