Yes, it probably would.
What I would hope is not happening, is that corn and soybeans are being planted on ground just because there is $XXX.00 revenue guaranteed per acre by an insurance policy of which the premium is paid over 60% by the government..Surely that isn’t happening is the USA.
What is the way forward?
