As already mentioned, enforce anti trust laws that aren't being enforced. Growth is good but when a monopoly is made only certain peole win. Controlled capitalism. Goes the same for these 50 to 200,000 acre "farms". Amount of actual damage done to communities isn't correctible in short term .
Next stop these land investors driving the land prices up which in turn drive the rent prices up. People like Bill Gates doesn't need to own farm land. They've got no clue whatsoever about it, they just see dollar signs. Then stop this expanding of cities growing outward and leaving the inside of them a dump. Covering up land with concrete does a great job at making flooding worse.
