95 miles NW of Quitaque, TX | My question would be how many people and the $ take this deal. If no one takes the deal then it is just advertising that is not paying for the cost of the advertisement. If everybody hops on then it will be an interesting few years. They never talk about the percent interest. If the interest is 15-20 or even 22%, then 1980s come to mind.
This is kind of like the advertisements that offer 5% interest on savings. When ;you dig down the 5% is for a few thousand dollars or will change in a few months. Then you read that to move that money out is a complicated set of steps.
