Except the "news" isn't out there until they buy the beans. By buying the board first, they're giving away their position. 

Is it more likely that 

A) The Chinese are buying the board and running prices up on themselves or 

B) a bunch of funds and Tech bro types who either feel like they're being tipped off or actually have been tipped off to Chinese sales try to run the board a little bit?
