East Central Arkansas | I thought about doing something similar. This stair case when folded up has framing parts that stick up about two foot above the attic floor.
At my home I just have a large piece of the metal building plastic faced insulation I lay over the hole before closing the stairs. I don't know I have ever looked to see what the stairs do to it when folded up. I don't use that for storage anymore just access to attic. I really need to check that one out also. | |
