I have probably given 30 guys permission on one piece.I assume when one sees a parked truck they mosey on down to the next spot>not my concern as when one dictates who hunts where does that not connect you in a liability way?Im just here it is ,go when you want, shoot 2.

Maybe I never tried it with enough people. I couldn't get 2 guys to agree on anything on a 400 acre field.

They'd piss each other off all day, have a few beers that night, and decide they needed to have me sort it out at 11 pm. I don't want to sort it out, I'm tired and I just don't care. Hell, shoot at each other, last one standing gets to hunt. I just simply do not have the patience to deal with them.

It was like dealing with kindergartners. And, it wasn't even the same 2 guys some years. Seems to be a common hunter philosophy among the bulk of the people we used to let on the farm.

I have "leased" hunting to the same person for 20 years now. No phone calls in the middle of the night. No drama that they seem to think I need to be a part of. No coyotes shot, nothing but does taken. Very happy with that situation. I have a grandson who has started hunting,. but to make it simple and consistent- he contact's the guy who "leases" the hunting rights. No sense in calling me, you guys work it out. Who's going top be where and when.
