Have had very flat feet since about 10 years old. Now about 80 years old. Has not slowed me down much. The neuropathy that I have (numbness, burning, pain) is probably an old folks thing and not related to flat feet. Have used Spenco RX arch (green foam and black plastic) supports in all of my shoes for many years. Also did not keep me from being drafted into the US army in 1968.
