Drop land 50% and that will be enough to drop the pants on most bankers. Then you’ll see another 50% of that price because there won’t be many buyers. Just add 15-18% interest to that. I’ll never see it but we are headed to a time when land will only be in the hands of a few. Then gov will step in and end the monopoly because food prices will not be cheap anymore.
What is the way forward?
