Yep, you and Coup get it. A mature industry of capitalism isn't the problem; the problem is we won't let anyone fail and we look for Government help in every aspect of our industry. We need an attitude of -----I am going to survive the hazards of a lack of Governmental safety net, instead of I am surviving because of the safety net of Governmental policy which immediately picks winners and losers. The safety net eventually turns to quicksand and those with access to affordable land flourish and those that don't live in poverty even with a safety net. You take the risk out; you will eventually take the profit out.

We need---I am going to survive in spite of Governmental policy, not because of Governmental policy.
