I rarely look at anything on online type auctions but when I do if I see it has a buyer fee I quit looking. The way I think of it is, the seller is the one wanting to sale the item so the seller should bear the cost. If a person buys a home or tract of land that isn't by auction the seller bears the brunt of the costs. Why should the buyer pay for the seller any costs to sell?
