How do you keep them off? Here telling them no does nothing. They think if the last renter gave a friend of their uncles girlfriend permission 20 years ago, they are golden.
If you rent the ground for hunting the hunters will police it. A lot less headaches renting ground out to hunt vs letting people hunt it for free.
My lease that have with my hunting group is they get $1000 discount per doe killed up to 10 does off the rent. Last year they killed 9 does, thus far this year they have killed 4 does. |
