SE IL | I’m not sure I agree with this, at least for here. Have been told age isn’t necessarily the determining factor. Consolidation is going to happen regardless. Really the way things have gotten out of hand last 5+ years a lot of young guys haven’t had much of a chance. Land is too inflated and competition is fierce, pretty tough to get enough rope unless you had an operation to step into or lots of help. | |
