Does not make sense to me: “ must be handed over-not abandoned “…. How does one prevent that ? & if the baby is “ dropped off”, what else can be done but to take care of it in the system.: no opportunity to re-unite it with the mother…….does not make sense to me….
If they couldn’t just drop them off it would defeat the program.
Our district covers 50 square miles with 3 stations , plus mutual aid 20-30 miles away . Its really hard to understand the things that happen . My son had to do whats called a clinical in dallas . I was shocked at some of the things he told me .
