S Illinois
Great bid since Sept? Do you deliver grain to Cahokia IL?

A barge loader is not an ocean ship loader. Any grain shipped from St Louis has to be ran through an elevator at NOLA none of which I believe COFCO has ownership in. Not much good to get grain out of county secretly if that’s your angle.

Now if talking that elevator buying physical grain to be ran through that elevator then yes I am sure they grain on the books. However if China is going to take 12MMT of old crop that is roughly 200 ocean going ships. That elevator in Cahokia running flat out and only one crop and with barges and tugs sitting at the ready might be able to ship out a boatload a week and get it going down river.

Edit: Not to mention there are half of dozen other elevators/locations to deliver grain in that area. Any grain they buy has to be competitive with the other barge loading facilities around STL.
Edit 2: Wouldn’t hurt to look at what the facility looks like.
