I've heard these stories too and some are true. Theres exceptions to every rule. But it's simply not very common. All we read on here is $20000× Iowa land and $11000 ND land. That doesnt cash flow.
In ND its hundreds of flax stories.
Like "my grandpa bot land in 1943 and plowed it and planted flax and it went 15 bushel and sold it for $10 and the land was $41 per acre."
Not my grandpa but you get the drift.
Anything that cash flows nowadays is mighty rare.
