I am leary of anyone who can tax you. A lot of police officers look for infractions which is disguised as public safety. License plate lights great example. Cha ching goes the cash register on that one. Then see cop stops. A cop stop is a cop going thru a stop sign and the brake lights go on for a second, then turn the corner at 10 mph. I lived by the jail it made me mad how much they did it.
