Yes, what he said. Turn tv on, scroll down to settings, over to accessibility, over to Screen Reader", then over to "OFF". It happens once in awhile on our tv and usually takes 5-10 minutes before I get the right setting. I usually fall asleep with the remote in my hand and wake up to a strange woman talking to me.
