Found this today, thought it was a pretty good video.
We were looking at growing some asparagus in the early 80's and went to Oceana County looking for info.

We did see a harvester where the people laid on there bellies, head in a sling, and harvested that way. Theres a local (to me) cucumber grower who harvested cukes the same way- or used to anyway.
