Voting closed for 11 too. The next closest one that is open is "Katlinswish", which is the same name as the number 9 car, the other one is back at 7000 votes. Obviously something going on if they run two cars with similar names, and the one in 9th came out of nowhere. So unless they really pull a fast one on the second "katlinswish", Shayden should stay in 10th.
