North East Kansas
I am currently using a beacon. I would also be curious though if it worked fine on port D. Since it works so perfect on centerpoint we were probably going to go that way. I think Centerpoint would have similar accuracy to digifarm. I will say that we have used digifarm for many years and love it. Not a single drop out ever on any of our units. Since Port C actually messes up everything without anything actually being hooked, I may see if port D messes everything up by just changing the settings to RTCM.

One thing of note is that the better GPS accuracy and settings have helped something else a lot. It has made it to where I could now set the heading to GPS, which stops the planter flipping on the 20/20. It used to back in at a right angle (to the left) on the screen which created a swirl and messed up shut offs. It was barely still backing up a little off after the fixes, and then I changed the turn setting to Gyro then GPS. That fixed the rest of it, and should take care of all those issues. If the planter is fixed it should make such a difference running it. Those speed blips even caused major issues with my drive motors surging amps so Im hoping every issue I had is now gone.

Another thing that is super weird is that the RTCM setting would even cause speed blips when using the radar for speed. That is so weird. I do remember a poster saying that if you didn't have Trimble GPS you wouldn't have the issues, and he was probably pretty correct, but I am very glad that a lot of it is mostly fixable.
