| Buddy of mine works in the corporate world, single, 38, wants to build a life away from life (basically.... buy a farm or ranch and walk away for it for a week or 2 at a time). He came real close to buying a ranch in Wyoming but ended up not because of fears of running out of water there in the 50 years and the property being worth nothing. I don't know if it's right but I think there might be something there. He lives in Phoenix currently and has stated more than once that he wants to be out of there in a decade over water concerns. | |
