That is the $64,000 question I have asked myself many times the last month. Someone had an article that he was at some dinner at a steakhouse and commented that the bill was very high, idk if that was the trigger.

His dinner was probably close to $200 a head, because the steaks were something like $150 and he paid out of pocket himself. |
