North Central Illinois | I've got 5 acres of it down by the timber right now. Ask me how it turns out next summer. Looks great so far.
I've planted it 3 times where there isn't deer pressure. Survived 2 winters of the 3. I was told it'd come off earlier than wheat but I've always swathed it about a week to 10 days before wheat is ready and the swaths are ready to thresh about the same time as I finish wheat (I cut my wheat in 2-3 days). | |
