It's still way too over priced and the taxes and condo fees are stupid. If you buy in Colorado you need to get away from the resort towns. And the problem is if you are down the i70 corridor its the only road in and out. We had a place in the mountains south of Idaho springs but weekends beginning on Friday till monday we did not go anywhere as traffic was horrible 2 hours to get 30 miles on i70.
If ya wanna sell the farm and move to Colorado.. now.. might be the time.
