I never knew about the heavy duty shot, and I'm too young for it anyway. I've had the flu shot twice in my life, both times I've ended up with a massive headache and felt cruddy for a day. Both times. For the foreseeable future I'm not getting another one, I've had the flu once in the last 20 years so I'm ahead of the game for number of days feeling bad.
