One thing they do on the weekends is showcase someone looking at three different houses in typically urban areas. They describe the properties, and you try to guess which one they bought. I am astounded at what folks pay a month in a big city for taxes, insurance, and condo maintenance fees. Its flat unbelievable to me. Thousands and thousands a month. Crazy stuff. |
