Honestly.. this is kind of what I see happening to Ag Land.. pushed up.. for whatever reasons over what it will cashflow.. the backside "may" (??) Look like this.
Right Now.. you could sell the farm near the peak.. and go buy a luxury house .. about anywhere in Colorado for a handsome discount for what it was trading before the crash.
