sw corner ia.
go to omaha eye and laser institute and ask to see dr. Mark Young. I got the toric (might be spelled wrong, sorry) lenses. these are single corrections, not multi.

he did my eyes last jan. left eye sees 20/10, right side 20/15. I had astigmatism bad enough he told me I was close to the limit of what they could correct. take your eye drops exactly like they tell you.

I can read most everything without readers, although I still have them for small stuff. I can read all this text perfectly on my monitor right now.

I went to this dr. because my optometrist said he was the astigmatism guru. guess he was right. I have no spots, a slight halo at night around bright lights which has sort of gone away. sunlight is so bright now I have to wear sunglasses a lot, which I enjoy greatly. at night idiots with led lights that refuse to dim them will bother, I use amber diving glasses you can get at wally world for cheap, this really helps and I can drive at night all I want, which at my age is not much.

some patients get a cloudy film on these lenses (2 or 3 out of 10 he said) that can be cleaned up with a laser treatment that is very quick. I have not seen this in my vision.

wish I could have had this done when I was a kid.
