NEMO | I think you have a #52 or #54 planter units that are older than the 72 or 74 planters. I'm going by the crank type depth adjusters. I don't think the 72 or 74 used this type of depth control. I think they used the metal seed hoppers on the older planters too but the others may fit. I know the 74 units had a replaceable wear ring around the bottom of the hopper and a quick change population sprocket.
The odd numbered units had runner openers and the even numbered units had disk openers.
As far as plates go I really don't know what fits what, but it might be that they used the same ones but I don't know for sure.
