Subject: RE: Conventional corn chemical suggestions

ECIL
We've been running 2.1 qts of Volley ATZ pre and 3 oz of meso with a quart of Atrazine post for 15+ years in our conventional corn and I'd put my corn fields up against anyone's for cleanliness. Last two years I've added 3 oz Meso pre as well. I've tried generic Stinger in a few fields as well over the past couple of years but I'm not sure I've seen any benefit.

I don't believe I saw one waterhemp in 750 acres of corn this year. Little bit of foxtail around the surface intakes where we planted around them.

This has been a cheap program, I hope it continues working for years. I agree, keep the seed bank down, but this program has worked for a long time.

Edit: We had used this program before the current stretch, but somewhere around 15 years ago we used Surestart one year and Verdict another, but for different reasons we switched back and have been extremely satisfied since.
