As far as your question about the heavy duty shot I didn’t even know there was such a thing so this is just a guess.
I would assume that whatever the mechanism that makes the shot “heavy duty” causes your immune system to have a stronger reaction in order to create more antibodies so it does make sense that it would cause any side effects like feeling sluggish or ill a bit worse than the regular strength shot would. It seems that some suffer from those side effects and some don’t so an individual that does notice side effects would likely notice a difference. As I said though, that is just a guess.
