if someone has that crystal ball, then why farm? when the risks of production come into play, that`s where one can get into trouble. supposedly $12 beans are only "breakeven" to lock in breakeven a year in the future while better than selling at $9.32 obviously, but it`s a chance. oh well, I`ll just lower the rent on myself, my landlord is a nice guy :-)
