You are overthinking it a bit. If you pH is below 6.0, correct it with lime. Apply phosphorus near the row, potash can be broadcast, and split apply nitrogen depending on your yield goals. Put about 20-25 lbs sulfur down, preferably split applied. Soil tests results typically recommend what to apply. Keep your tests to no more than 15-20 acres and test every 3 years.
