WC MN		A little daily Zinc, vit d, c, goes a long ways

Less sugar, alcohol

More sleep.



Did the flu shot twice over 8 years ago. Both times within 2 hours I was out for 4 days in bed with cold sweats.


At least they took the Mercury out of the flu shot now (THANKYOU RFKJr), formaldehyde is still injected into your body with it.
