Unfortunately yes.  That's the reason for requiring a manned facility, to avoid those situations.  That would be abandonment and endangerment.



We dont have keys , but everyone that needs in knows how , and where truck keys are .

It was 90 today , little baby would not live .



Im there alot , but not all the time .

My son said a baby was never handed to him .
Guess its not real common .

My wife said call CPS , heck we dont have that #.

Ill just get on radio and call in .
