Subject: RE: Sleeping problems

Western Oregon
I don't eat or drink anything after 5pm. Never anything spicy after 2pm. We don't have any electronic lights in bedroom, no red lights, no blue lights. We don't have a TV or any electronics in the bedroom, ever. I take a shower and go to bed about 9pm, lights out by 10. Many times lights out at 9pm. I sleep until 5:30-6:00 am. No getting up during the night. Until I retired I was up and down all night, 2-3 times, pee, heartburn, insomnia. Lights out, I am asleep in 10 minutes. We moved out here full time on 1 acre and a small cabin, off-grid, the day after I retired at 55. No rat race. I walk every day, fish every day, no honey-do list, just enough exercise to sleep well....James
