Its tough to dry beans in November in a bin at our latitudes.
Same here, but below 15% I've never had an issue keeping them in condition if I keep them cool over winter and they'll dry just fine in April with air if I need them under 13% for a picky buyer if I can't blend them to get there.
Would you go ahead and cut these beans?
