Good idea but....your going to have a time finding vets who want to work for you. From what iv been told most of em cant pay off college on a large animal salary. Most vet clinics here are a partnership of the vets who work there. That way they can all share
In the drug markup etc. Im not sure if you the owner take a profit on the business that there will be enough left for the vets
