Had left shoulder replacement - reverse jan 4 2025. I dropped the sling within first week. Just don't dislocate joint. I kept elbow and wrist moving. Within a month things were good. I didn't overdo anything.
I would have done it sooner, but everyone warned of 6 months recovery.
