So you think the government should be able to screw up markets and not be held accountable. Maybe farmers don't need the money but there have been people laid off because of this administration and the last one. Farmers always spend the money and spur the economy.
So you think if a government issues a report influences the market in a negative way, the the Gov owes you money?
