Central Kentucky | Maybe I need to post this on another board but I thought I would start here. We are located in a very deficit area for large animal vets. I am exploring the feasibility of of a farmer owned facility that could be leased to vets for haul in treatments. There are grants and low interest loans available in our state for such a facility. I am looking for someone familiar with this type of arrangement for a facility and the pros and cons associated.
