| Instead of a plan to pad the bankers pockets how about a plan that makes housing affordable by getting the actual cost of building a house (materials) down.
I know there's more and more people out there that just look at the monthly payment whether it is a house or vehicle or even a toy loan. All I can say is wow, and to me, to throw something out there like this is just kinda feeding off the people that know no better. In reality, borderline sad. :( |
