| It hurts your feelings a lot more when you mess up a nice built gate. I had some cowboys shipping a few years ago out of a place I built gates from 2” square tube I had laying around from a barn year down. Portable pens hung a gate and bent the gate, the pens and bent the 2 3/8 pipe the gate hung on. It would have been a lot easier to fix if it was just a tractor supply gate that I had to replace.
I started buying cheap gates when I ran out of the salvage 2”. | |
