Seriously, he probably just wants to see what deer are around, and has every right to look any direction he wants, easier to see deer in the open than in the woods. However, there is SOME expectation of privacy around a house, so that a camera pointed at a window, or even a backyard is not allowed, but one pointed at a field with the house in the background is hard to claim violates the expectation of privacy. |
