Combo padlocks keep honest folks out. A few minutes on YouTube shows how easy it is to bypass a lock and Master combos are super simple to crack. Now, having said that, my experience has been to use Fluid-Film to lubricate all types of locks. Much better than WD-40 or 3-In-1.
