Fully underwritten, traditional PPO plans are still available. These are your best option if you’re insurable. True major medical health insurance. Not a less than desirable sharing agreement, which are not insurance plans at all. Establish a health savings account, pay all the out of pocket items pretax. Not gonna do that with Christian ministries.
