I have an iPhone on ATT FirstNet.  I don't know if it's the phone or ATT but if it labels it possible spam it goes to voicemail.  It's correct almost all the time.

Oh and my voicemail message says "If you are not a spam caller leave a message.  And if you are a spam caller leave your home phone number and I'll call you back after midnight."

Most folks seem to find it amusing
