We've had one for years. Shut it off before going to sleep. Otherwise, you will wake up in a sweat.
Ours is 5 temp levels. Turn it on an hour or so before bedtime, turn it down to 1 or 2 at bedtime, it shuts itself off at the 10 hr mark if you forget when ya get up in the morning. Had one for years....think this is the 3rd one.
Electric mattress pad?
