My advice would be tell them all not to sign up. Here the first thing that came thru was the transmission line. Next came the wind towers. Then the 4000 acres of solar panels. Now more wind towers and a 240 acre Google data center complex. All because the transmission line exists to transport "green" electricity from the flyover states to the east coast.
